Order Process
Commissioners can contact me via Toyhouse + Instagram(ChaoticSleepiness_), Discord (_itzsleepy), or even email ([email protected]).I'm open to A-LOT of things. But the line is completely drawn at NSFW, and for vent art: if the topic is too sensitive for me, I will politely decline.

I WILL TAKE: Kofi, Apple pay, Cash app, Venmo, and Cashapp!For Art commissions, I will always expect payment upfront, or after the sketch. I will NOT continue your commission until full payment has been sent and properly received.Refund Policy:
Full refunds are only available if I have not started the artwork 2 weeks after discussion or when work has not been completed within 2-3 months. If I am the one to cancel the commission, the commissioner will receive a full refund.Once work has begun, refunds may be partial or unavailable depending on progress.Chargebacks are not allowed and may result in a permanent blacklist.Additional Fees:
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide any currency conversion costs, bank transfer fees, payment provider service fees and any other costs involved in transferring funds to me.$8 Commercial Fee$10 Rush Fee : (Product will be completed in 1-3 days, so, 24-72 hours. If I accept, and cannot meet the deadline, if requested, I will give you a full refund.)I will explain the final pricing prior to the commission discussion.

Work Process.

Duration:
Completion time depends on my queue, health, and the complexity of the piece. It will take me roughly 1-3 weeks from the date I start to finish your commission. If you need a deadline, please tell me before ordering.Rush commissions will cost extra if I accept them. Otherwise, I ask that you DO NOT rush me. The product of being rushed can result in your commission coming out in horrible quality, and I cannot put into words how badly that will end for both of us. (Rush fees are applied for priority reasons, and I will always send the commissioner any wips I may have available. If the commissioner continuously rushes me or I feel pressured by the them in any way, I am at FULL liberty to cancel and refund.Updates:
I typically will post updates on the Trello or more consistently in my discord server, but commissioners are always free to ask for wips/if any progress has been made! ^^

Rights.

Personal Use:
As the artist, I keep the rights to the artwork unless a separate agreement is made and agreed on. Please keep in mind that there is a chance your commissioned piece may appear in my portfolio or be used as examples, unless you request private work in advance, which I will completely understand.You may use the finished piece for personal use with credit, however do not resell, claim, trace, edit without my permission, or use my art for AI training, NFTs, or commercial use without permission.Commercial Use:
Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees. IF YOU DO THIS WITHOUT MY PERMISSION I WILL PUBLICLY BLACKLIST & BLOCK YOU!! (This does not apply to logos)Editing
You may request major changes during the sketch phase.During line art, generally you should have already corrected any mistakes or unwanted tweaks, and while I will accept minor changes, bigger tweaks will likely come with a fee.Once the artwork is fully finished, only small corrections will be accepted unless otherwise agreed.SECRET: When my commissions are closed, I will ALWAYS be open look at bribe commissions!
(The commissioner offers something of interest to me in return for their doing/accepting their commission. Can be gift cards, money, games, even getting art /other ocs for me!)
